Coursework: Final Piece

After working on my coursework for 6-8 weeks on both production and post-production, I have finally finished my music video. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that came with working alone and piecing together each part of my music video. The step up from AS to A2 was difficult to contrast to at first, with having only my opinion and skill set, but after my initial planning and practice I felt much more comfortable. I feel my music video has enabled me to grow massively in my ability to edit and use post-production to enhance my video as well as being able to learn to present a narrative in a non-linear fashion but still allow it to make sense to the audience. 

 Throughout the production of my music video I also enjoyed being able to put my own stamp on things and be responsible for my own creative decisions. This allowed me to express myself, more than I was able to in a group of 3 from AS, which meant that I felt I could make decisions quicker and add my own personal spin. 

Overall, I have enjoyed this experience and have achieved more than I imagined possible.
